Shipping policy

Here at Olcony, we offer free shipping on all orders (*excluding our Locally Sourced collection). 

We currently only ship to Australia. We hope to service other countries soon so please send us a message if you are interested in our products!

 

Shipping times:

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. Please note that due to our diverse mix of suppliers, when ordering different products items may dispatched separately. 

Due to increased demand on postal services and upcoming holiday periods, delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. From the time of payment, please allow 2-6 weeks for your item to arrive. 

Current shipping time are product and destination dependent and range from 2-6 weeks for standard mail until you are united with your purchase. Please get in touch should you have any questions. Please note that shipping times are out of our control and at present, are challenging given COVID-19 restrictions hindering usual logistics.

 

We want you to love your goods. Should you wish to return your product, you cam do so in accordance with our returns policy. Shipping is at buyers expense.
